「I used to...」の意味は、昔その事をよくしていましたが、今はしません。例えば、"I used to play football"。でも「I didn't use to...」の意味は反対です。昔その事をしていなかったが、今その事をよくしています。例えば、"I didn't use to use chopsticks"。イギリスでははしを使っていなかったが、今よく使います。
